In order for you to use this website, we must, at certain points, collect, store and use the following personal information for the purposes of making this website available for use, content design, fulfilling and delivering orders, providing services and processing payments in relation to our services (in particular for the initiation, conclusion, processing and rescission of a purchase agreement): surname, first name, title, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, password.

We shall only use and process the personal data (such as your name and contact details) that you share with us, e.g. by email or when placing an order, to correspond with you and for the purpose for which you shared it with us. We shall only pass your data to the mail-order company contracted to deliver your goods if doing so is necessary in order for your goods to be delivered. To facilitate the processing of payments, we need to pass your payment details to the bank responsible for handling the payment. We shall only collect, process and use your personal data for other purposes, such as advertising purposes, in accordance with legal provisions or with your express consent. If you provide your consent electronically on our website, we shall observe the statutory notification obligations and use appropriate technical systems to make a record of your consent.

We assure you that we shall not pass your personal data on to any other third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or we have obtained your express prior consent. If you register for the newsletter, you shall always receive an email from us asking you to confirm your registration. You shall only receive our newsletter once you have confirmed your registration. If you have only registered for our newsletter, we shall only use your email address to send you the newsletter.
